This will be the last newsletter for the term. Term 1 has flown by, and all students have been very busy with their learning. I hope you heard at your parent/teacher interview that your child is putting in their best effort. Our next formal reporting to parents will be sent home at the end of term 2. Parents are always welcome to ring or email teachers to make an interview time to talk about your child’s progress.

I would now encourage you to talk your child after the interviews and discuss what their goals could be in Term 2 for learning & behaviour.

EASTER

Easter falls in the middle of the holidays. In the newsletter the times of the Easter Masses in the parish are printed. Easter is very special celebration. We reflect on an essential part of our faith - Jesus' death & resurrection. To me the Easter story is about hope. It is a reminder that even in darkness there is light. As we celebrate the Joy of Easter with extra days off & chocolate eggs let us give thanks for all the blessings we have in our country - of peace, clean air, good food & water and remember that there are many in this world who are not as fortunate as us, pray for peace in our world. I wish you all a safe & blessed Easter break.

KINDERGARTEN 2026

Enrolment interviews will be starting next term. We already have lots of applications. If you have a sibling coming to school I would encourage you to complete your application form ASAP. If you know someone interested in coming to our school please encourage them to apply soon. The link to the application form is on our school website.

SCHOOL TOURS

We will be holding open school tours on Thursday 1^st May from 9.30-11am & 3.30pm to 5pm. Tours can be arranged by appointment at other times.
